As a former gymnast, she discovered early on the precision and elegance with which the body can be moved and the movements it is capable of. She observed and trained the body, with all its characteristics and structures at its finest. Her love for detail she took into her work. Through her sports science studies with a focus on prevention and rehabilitation, she learned to inspire other people to ... see moreexercise. She discovered that a person's body and mind change over the course of time for different reasons. Her challenge today is to move people to deal with themselves, to bring body and mind into harmony, to develop strength and steadfastness for today. Her thirst for knowledge and her interest in new things shape her experiences. Back training and modern mobility training, Pilates on the mat or the Allegro, running and Nordic Walking belong to her focal points. Today she shares her experience and knowledge with therapists and instructors.
