GYM BAND 01
A gymnastics band is not only small and light, but also very versatile. Nadja shows you exercise combinations for different muscle groups. Get ideas or use this exercise selection as a balanced class with your group. At the beginning you will have to explain the handling of the band to your participants in more detail, as Nadja does in teh videos. But in the following classes it will be much easier and faster.
