Experience this modern functional high intensity training program, that has been created in order to teach groups of customers with different fitness level. The exercises are presented in 3 or more levels. This way a trainer can build up each exercise during the course and prepare for the next one. Different skills, which are wisely structured contain exercises of stability, balance, plyometric movements, scapulae preparation, hip mobility, strength & core stability.
