The exercises are presented in 3 or more levels. This way a trainer can build up each exercise during the course and prepare for the next one. Different skills, which are wisely structured contain exercises of stability, balance, plyometric movements, scapulae preparation, hip mobility, strength & core stability. This whole course finishes with some great holistic moves, which give your members that extra kick in getting stronger with every training.
