Is there a free trial?

Yes, we call it „Basic“ membership. It is free of any charge. After registration you can browse the library and see the free videos. You can create your personal playlist, which gives you quick access to your favorites whenever logged in. You can also purchase certain courses individually for download.
Occasionally there are also promotion offers for the "Professional" membership with the access to all of our courses and videos, for a cheaper or even free trial period. 

How do I download videos for offline viewing? 

Select a course you like from the library. View the course page, look for the package and click „buy“. After the quick and secure payment process you can find your purchased courses in the „purchases“ section. It will remain available there as long as you stay registered with us.

Why should I subscribe to professional membership?

As a professional member of you have access to the whole library for online-streaming from any computer or portable device without further costs. 

Recurring subscription or one-time payment - what is the difference?

You can become a professional member with a monthly recurring plan or for a certain membership period (up to 12 months) at once. With the one-time subscription we will charge you only once and when the membership period is over you fall back automatically to the free „basic“ membership. You need then to repeat this one-time subscription again. With a monthly recurring plan you have nothing to care about anymore. We will regularly charge you and renew your membership for another subscription cycle every month. You can cancel this automatic renewal at any time at our website. 

How can I switch between different membership options?

We do not offer the direct switch between membership plans during a membership period. But you can always choose a different membership plan after your one-time membership period or you you recurring subscription has expired.  

How long are your contracts?

In case you desire some flexibility, you can subscribe for a membership from month to month and cancel before the next billing cycle starts. If you want to save some money, we offer you our different one-time membership options.  

Is there a discount for yearly subscription?

Yes, we offer considerable discounts on up-front long-term commitments. 

Do I have to be a trainer?

No. We made for trainers and fitness professionals or for those who want to become one. But everybody is very welcome! 

How do I sign up?

Check the different options at the pricing overview here. Follow the billing process by providing necessary personal and payment information. You will immediately be informed whether the payment was successful and you can start browsing the whole library right away. 

How can I pay? *)

The recurring monthly subscription is available with credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or as SEPA direct debit. The one-time membership options can additionally be paid by PayPal or via SOFORT online transfer from a German bank account.

How is the amount of saved money calculated? **)

The displayed saved amount amount of money refers to the regular monthly recurring subscription option (25€/month).

How do I cancel the membership?

Canceling is easy on It's done online right from your membership page. You will be informed immediately about the success of your cancelation. You will not be billed anymore after cancellation. You don’t need to cancel the one-time subscription, as this will end automatically without further billing.

Will I get refund in case of cancellation?

No, you will not get refund for the rest of the subscription period after cancellation. But you will keep your membership status until the subscription period ends. You will fall back to free „basic“ membership automatically without any further action required from your side. You can see on your membership page on what day that will happen.

I cancelled my membership but I changed my mind. What can I do?

In case your subscription period has not ended yet you can simply undo the cancellation on your membership page. It is just a simple click. We still have all needed information and return to regular billing. You can change your mind and switch between „cancel“ and „undo cancel“ as often as you want. 
In case your subscription period has already ended and you have fallen back to „basic“ membership“ you can choose any new membership plan. In that case you will be asked to repeat the billing process.

Can I share the content with others?

No, distribution and copying of any kind is prohibited. Downloaded or streamed videos are for your personal usage only. 

Is my personal and billing data save with you?

All data is transferred via secured connection. is storing only your personal information. We are not storing any payment data permanently. We are not allowed to store credit card information. We offer remembering card information for your convenience only by using obscured information (pseudo card pan) as a reference towards our professional payment partner system. That means is not holding your complete credit card information. is never giving any personal data including email address to any entity outside if not needed for the very basic services of our website. What do I need to know about the course downloads?

You can download your purchased courses any time after you have logged in to Follow the purchases page in the menu. You will receive one zip file per course, which contains all videos of the course. (format: MP4, 1280x720, 25p,  H.264/MPEG-4 AVC, audio AAC - MPEG-4) The zip file will have an approximate size between 300-600MB depending on the course content. Make sure your target device has enough free space to store the complete file. The download speed depends on the quality of your internet connection. If you have problems, please check your connection and try downloading again. Corrupt or missing files can be the result of an interrupted or incomplete download. Try a different tool to unzip the file. 

What should I know about autoplay mode?

Below the player window there is a button that switches the Auto-Play Mode on and off. In Autoplay Mode the next video of the course or playlist will be played automatically. On some devices the view will automatically switch to full screen mode for this purpose. The Autoplay function is not supported for Internet Explorer. You can alternatively install the Edge browser or another browser.
