SPINAL WORKOUT 01
Spine gymnastics courses have become an integral part of gyms, so trainers need new ideas and inspiration for their classes. For this reason, Andreas presents his new content on this topic. You get a warmup consisting of mobilization and global activation. In the main part there are exercises in standing position in compound exercise training. These are each 3 exercises that build on each other. This is followed by exercises on the floor, in lateral and supine position. Classical exercises are combined with new and innovative ideas. You can do some exercises unmodified, other complex exercises may challenge you as well and you can adapt them to your group of participants.
