The movements of the program "Mobility Skills'n Drills" have a variety of origins with Qi Gong, Yoga, Pilates and others, but all focus on the mobility of the human body and how the mobility of all body regions in everyday life is beneficial. For example, the change of the position from the stand to the seat is a simple pattern of movement, which, however, is hardly accomplished in many of our today's everyday life and thus also unlearned and can become difficult. But the solution is simple: with more practice and more exercise you can improve your mobility and flexibility again.
