Functional Training 04
Experience this modern functional high intensity training program, that has been created in order to teach groups of customers with different fitness level. All exercises are presented in 3 or more levels. This way a trainer can build up each exercise during the course and prepare for the next one. Different skills, which are wisely structured contain exercises of stability, balance, plyometric movements, scapulae preparation, animal flow, hip mobility, strength & core stability. This whole course finishes with some great holistic moves, which give your members that extra kick in getting stronger with every training.
Combine the blocks with the exercises from the other courses: Functional Training 1, 2 and 3.
