Back Training 01
This dynamic back workout is all about strengthening your core. This includes all possible degrees of freedom such as rotation, forward bend and side bend. All parts of the spine, such as the cervical and thoracic spine to the lumbar spine, are addressed. With light weights it becomes a little more challenging. Directly after a healed injury it is better to start rather with the Fit Spine course series by Asja.
