This Fit Spine class is a spine mobility class that will strengthen your back and improve the general stability and mobility of your back. It might appear as a very easy class, i.e. not as intense as pilates, but that makes it suitable for beginners and for people with healed back injuries, but also for everyone who is suffering from a bad posture from every day life in general and wants to improve that. Also sports people like athletes might improve their performance through a better back stability. This course can be used as a whole class or just as inspiration.
