In this course series Mathias gives you a very balanced total body conditioning workout with a mix of different strengthening blocks and in between there are cardio blocks which bring your heart rate up to speed in between. In this course no equipment is used. Mathias also gives you a certain layering, so that the exercises start in an easy version and increase in complexity and challenge, so that everybody can choose the appropriate level for a joined workout. The cardio move in between brings a lot of fun, a certain rhythm to your class and gives you the best holistic workout that you can have in such a short time.
