SEVEN ROCKS KIDS
Our children become more and more immobile and crooked, especially when they go to school and sit a lot. Then wrong breathing habits form, less in the abdominals but more getting into the stress breathing. This promotes hyperactivity, imbalance and lack of concentration. 21 minutes, divided into a warm-up, strength section and core section are sufficient for a short and regular exercise workout. Small bonus exercises give options for more variety. Simple tools such as small balls or the SEVEN ROCKS training band support the selected exercises for a better posture, straightening up and breathing of the children. The exercises can be carried out together between child and adult, but are also suitable for training in pairs in a children's group with fun and games.
