Roll & Rebound 03
The 8-week-training "Roll&Rebound" contains of 8 courses with a duration of 60 minutes of each course. Each course has a warmup part, a main part and an end. Also each course has a specific topic. The courses build up upon each other and therefore it is advised to keep the order. Exercises will be repeated within courses so that the participants can learn them and practice them also at home by themselves.
The 3rd lesson is also about rebound elasticity, with an increase by focusing on jumping movements now. Due to the higher intensity, the participants are even more challenged also in their condition and endurance.
