Fascia exercises 03
for problems with the lower back
This course is about fascia training, especially for the lower back. Judith shows you exercises out of 3 areas of fascia training: fascial release, fascial stretch and rebound elasticity, combined with some classical mobility exercises. You get tips and hints, for your participants having problems at the lower back. The fascial release exercises will be done with a duoball from Blackroll. All other exercises will be done without equipment.
This is not a complete course, but gives you insights in a specific topic. You dont need to perform these exercises in this order or combination, but you can integrate them in your warmup or cooldown as you want.
