Britta is enthusiastic about fascia fitness and Anatomy Trains and mixed with QiGong parts Britta presents this course, which consists of alternating stretching parts and meditative parts. In the 3 rounds, which also increase in intensity, we work and stretch, interrupted by 3 meditation phases. In this course chinese medicine tradition is combined with modern fascia science.
