release your back with pilates
In this Pilates class Britta shows you exercises to release blockages and tensions in the back or to counteract pain. The focus is on the ISG and the lumbar spine, but also on the shoulder and neck area. Britta uses a medium-sized towel as a base and "fascia tool" for the exercises. You can take individual exercises and integrate them into your training, your class or do something good for your back and spine with the full exercise sequence.
