Course
PILATES 14
In this Pilates class, a flow is built up in the add-on method, starting with a simple part in the standing position and serving as a recovery break in between and continuing with exercises in the plank, side plank, Z-seat, etc. The flow can be repeated at the end of the class as a finale. Not all positions come from classical Pilates, but Britta gives instructions throughout to stick to Pilates principles in breathing and body tension. For instructors, Britta gives some tips and info on the structure of the class at the end.
