In this workshop-style class, Max shows you how to improve your full-body flexibility.
You don't need any equipment for the exercises. After a cardiovascular warm-up, all important joints are first moved through, then stretched in various exercises and finally used in active complex exercises to store them, i.e. to integrate them into the actively usable range of motion. At the end Max shows you a possible variation of a daily exercise routine of about 7 minutes. Have fun!
