Hip joint
In this workshop-like course Max will show you how to improve your hip mobility and how to actively use an extended range of motion in everyday life. The hip joint is located centrally in our body and is therefore influenced by almost everything we do every day, if and which shoes we wear, how we walk and move. A hip joint that is neglected in everyday life, e.g. due to sitting for too long, can in the long term lead to pain when walking. In this course you can open your hip joint after a warming up with Max in the video. Afterwards you can save the new movement radius and integrate it into more complex movements. In a before/after test you can see how the specific training has affected your hip mobility.
