Shoulder
In this workshop-like course Max will show you how to improve your shoulder mobility and how to actively use an extended range of motion in everyday life. The shoulder is usually not used to its full range of motion in everyday life. Most movements are exclusively forward, such as computer work. In this course, you can open your shoulder joint with specific exercises after warming up with Max in the video, then store the new range of motion and integrate it into more complex movements. In a before/after test you can see how the specific training has affected your shoulder mobility.
