Knee
In this workshop-style class, Max will show you how to improve your knee mobility.
The exercise selection is focused on the knee joint, but complete isolation is not always possible, nor beneficial. Because the knee is a complex and injury-prone joint, all exercises are performed slowly and in a controlled manner.
Assistive devices such as a chair, physioball, or belt or yoga strap are needed for some exercises.
In this course you can open up your knee mobility with specific exercises after a warming up together with Max in the video, then save the new movement radius and integrate it into more complex movements. In a before/after test you can find out what effect the specific training has had.
