Mobility 04
In this class Max will show you a mobility program for all parts of the body. We start at the head and then slowly work our way down to the feet. In a small challenge at the end you can try out a little bit and try around. This way you can have fun and get to know your body and its current movement limitations. Individual exercises of this program can and should be integrated into your everyday life to improve your mobility and thus your physical well-being.
