Foot
In this workshop-like course Max will show you how to improve your foot mobility. The feet are often neglected. However, they are the foundation on which we stand and deficits in mobility, evasive movements and positions often reproduce themselves in problems upwards (knee, hip, spine).
We provide a strong ankle joint to prevent injuries. However, it also affects the toes, which are not challenged and moved much in everyday life by the frequent wearing of shoes, but are even constricted.
In this course you can open up your foot mobility with specific exercises after a warming up together with Max in the video, then save the new movement radius and integrate it into more complex movements. In a before/after test you can find out what effect the specific training has had.
