LOW BACK PAIN
This course is about freedom from pain in the lower back. Gunda focuses here on the myofascial system. The particularly high nerve density in the thoracolumbar fascia is primarily responsible for the creation of pain in the lower back. In order to optimally supply this structure, improve the gliding behaviour and thus minimise pain, hydration techniques are used to improve the gliding behaviour and thus minimise pain. It is pressure fluctuations, compressions, stretches and rotations that help.
Gunda goes into detail about the technique in the individual sequences to ensure a good quality of exercise. The course concludes with a complete 60-minute training session.
