Barbell and Core Interval
In this interval workout we combine simpler barbell exercises in a 45s work phase and core exercises in a 30s work phase. We keep the rests short and choose the exercises so that there is hardly any need for pausing due to weights changing.
There are 6 exercise blocks. You will need light, medium and heavy weight for the different exercises, a stepper and a mat.
