Combined Exercises Interval
In this interval workout, we combine basic exercises into more complex functional exercises in the 45s work phase and 30s core exercises in the rest phase.
The combinations add complexity and intensity. In return, the core exercises are simple. There the head can rest a bit. There are 6 exercise blocks.
You need partly medium, partly heavy weight for the different exercises and a high step.
