BARBELL 06
Upper Low
We go into an interval workout with 45s exercise and 15s rest and 6 sets in a block, one lower and one upper body exercise - Upper Low! With the short break time, the weight of the barbell can not be changed and therefore 2 barbells are used. In the class you can do a partner station here so you don't need as many sets. At the end there are a few exercises for the core on the mat. Let it burn - with Rebecca!
