KETTLEBELL 01
In this class you will get to know the kettlebell. Rebecca takes you on an interval training (45s training, 30s active break with core exercises). The focus is on strength endurance. Adapt the weight to the exercises and determine your kettlebell weight according to your fitness level. Due to the specific grip options, the kettlebell offers different weight behaviour and thus interesting new training stimuli.
