IYENGAR YOGA INTRO 01
Julio starts his introduction series to the Iyengar yoga method with an emphasis on hip opening. You will need yoga bricks, a belt and optionally blankets or a second mat. After a preparation part Julio will work with you in two parts. He will explain in detail every body movement and posture. You can start as a newcomer and slowly step by step work your skills towards the targeted position.
