Interval Training 02
In this interval training there are different sections: In the cardio section there are aerobic, boxing and step movements and in the functional part the focus is on the legs, abs and butt. For this course you need a higher step and a mat. The music should be adjusted with the pitch control of your music system: faster for boxing and a bit slower for the functional exercises. It's an excellent cardio workout to burn lots of calories.
