Functional Interval Training 1
This workout course contains functional exercises with the own body weight only. The concept is an interval training, which is here shown with phases of 30 seconds exercise and 30 seconds break each. You can adapt the length of these phases to the level of your participants. There are different blocks focussing on different areas as strength, cardio, stability and mobility. The last block contains holistic exercises. In each block the intervals will increase in the level of difficulty to challenge your participants. A warmup and cool down component round up this nice class for your participants.
