The topic of this course is backbending with many preparatory exercises in different positions. Magdalena explains the correct use of the yoga strap and many other aids, such as yoga blocks or blankets, which are to be individually adapted to the body condition. At the end there is a relaxing exercise with yoga strap and a chair. Try it out and enjoy!
