Feet Gymnastics
This class with Britta is exclusively about the feet. It is about mobilization, strengthening, perception and sensory. The constant constriction in shoes can lead to deformities. Through the small surface of the feet the whole body is stabilized and balanced. Today we dedicate ourselves exclusively to these anatomical marvels with many exercises. You will need a rubber band, a ball and a towel for some of the exercises. The exercises are suitable to be incorporated into other class concepts. As a whole exercise session it may be a bit too strenuous for the untrained foot.
