Functional Woman
This body weight program is a special "Functional Woman" program. It contains the same exercises which can of course also be trained by men. But the selection allows the execution in a moderate up to a high intensitiy level. Also women train harder and more intense these days and they want that their efforts result in a toned body. As in the other body weight courses the correct execution of the exercises is important for an effective training. The number 66 will play a decisive role in this program. Curious? Check it out!
