Body Weight Core
This body weight program is focussed on the core. It contains not just usual exercises, but tries to activate the fundamental functional movements of the core. These are movements which we actually learn as a baby or child naturally and which we have forgotten or are rarely used. In this course these movements will be built up again from the ground so that they present an intense core workout all together in the end. Also if you consider yourself a trained person, you might find that in certain aspects exercising would be needed in order to gain back these fundamental core movement skills.
