Body Weight Basic
The selection of the exercises is oriented on how the human body should actually work, that means it contains a lot of basic functioning features like push and pull for the upper, but also the lower body. During the course the focus is on the correct execution of the exercises, because functional exercises are only as good as you are doing them properly. That's why it is important first to understand and to try it out, before they are instructed to your customers and participants.
