Functional back
In this course, the spine training is designed functionally. The focus is therefore not only on strengthening the musculature on and around the spine. The functional training principle involves working in muscle chains and joint chains. The ankle joint must also remain flexible, the knee joint stable and the hip mobile. The lumbar spine needs strength to remain stable. The thoracic spine must remain flexible, especially during rotation. This covers everything the participants need for a healthy back in everyday life.
