FREEK®STEP POWER 03
FREEK®STEP POWER is a new functional step workout concept exclusively available on fitnessschool.tv. In the first half of the course you will need a step for a cardio part, a lower body strengthening part and a balance part. These parts are built up logically and easy. Then you exercise these parts together resulting in a nice interval training. For the second half of the course you need the step and a mat for a upper body part. The choreographed character of the whole workout brings a lot of motivation and fun for the participants. They will love it and see quick results of this functional step workout!
