FLUIBALL WORKOUT
The FLUIBALL is a ball filled with a fluid, available in different weights. A workout with the FLUIBALL is fun because the body needs to react on the dynamic movement of the fluid. In the toning parts the focus will be put exactly on this dynamic start and stop of the movement. In the cardio focussed parts shaking the ball or trying to keep the ball still in increasing the intensity. This workout also includes coordination and balance aspects.
