EMOM+1
EMOM is a Hight Intensity Circle and stands for "every minute on the minute" or in this case "every Masterbeat on the Masterbeat", when you should do an exercise. Each circle consists of 4 exercises and each circle has a theme, such as cardio or toning or core. At the beginning there is only one repetition, at the end of the EMOM+1 round there are 6 repetitions of each exercise. David shows you how this simple but very effective concept can offer your participants a really intensive workout with a lot of fun. Let's go!
