Anastasia offers you a wealth of ideas for exercises with the Fitball. You don't have to do these exercises exactly the same way in a Fitball class, but you can pick out individual suggestions. The exercise selection does include a moderate warm-up at the beginning and a stretching/cooldown part at the end. The overall exercise selection made Anastasia's and will certainly make your muscles burn.
