FIGHT 04
In this Fight Workout we build on the courses Fight 01 and Fight 03. We build an interval workout of 10 parts with 8 intervals each - 20 seconds power and 10 seconds rest. The punch-kick combinations are simple and short to go straight into the endurance. A steady repetition of punches and kicks also serves to improve technique. Get ready to sweat!
