FIGHT 03
In this Fight Workout we build on the courses Fight 01 and Fight 03. There are no long technique explanations, but we start directly to work and sweat. Fight moves are combined with functional movements like squats and lunges. There is a longer standing part and at the end there are a few exercises on the mat. Warm-up and stretching round out the workout. For the trainers among you, here are a few more thoughts on the composition of this Fight-meets-Functional exercise set.
