In this detailed technique training Rebecca will go through more basic building blocks of the fight workout with you: with hook and uppercut more punches are added and with the side kick, the roundhouse kick and the back kick complete your kick variations for fitness boxing. A clean technique is crucial before you get into further workout. Rebecca will guide you step by step and discuss every detail.
