FIGHT 01
In this beginner's fight class, Rebecca will show you the most basic punches and kicks. Clean technique is crucial, so in this class we take the time to talk through posture and practice the basics. In the workout part, there will be small combis of the movements learned. With a high BPM count, you can look forward to a sweaty cardio workout. The body feeling once the cool-down is reached - priceless!
