FASCIA BACK LINE
Tony will show you ways to use a fascia roll to work on the tissue and fascia of the posterior fascia line. It is important to adjust the speed and pressure individually. Tony will show you different techniques. The posterior fascial line includes the stretch from the Achilles tendon, the calves, the rear thighs, over the buttocks, the hip flexors, the latissimus and the upper back.
