This Body Workout combines best strengthening and mobilizing exercises for your core. In all movements you will integrate the spine and the hip in all directions, which is good for the flexibility of your core. Stabilizing exercises focused on building the strength of your centre.
Beside the breakdown of all exercises you also hear lots of tips for class leading, correctional notices and motivational words, which you can use in your class.
In principle all Body Workouts are designed for group fitness classes. It’s a whole body training including classic strengthening movements as well as Functional movement patterns. A logic breakdown of the exercises and clear progressions and options make it possible to reach all participants and give everyone the possibility to train in their own intensity and level.
You can always use the whole structure of this workout for your class or you can pick out single combinations and mix them up with your own ideas. In this case please remember to adjust the muscular intensity. Of course you also have the choice to use some single exercise combinations in your personal training.
