This flow is a perfect workout to chill, to find the connection with the body and to gain control. A class to relax and enjoy. Still it is a workout and will challenge your body. The music should be 110 to 120 bpm. Each part is built up on the music. All parts together can be enjoyed as a class final and repeated to meet the fitness level of your participants.
