Athletic Yoga is a program which, unlike Yoga Flow, does not offer a large overall flow, but rather small sequences that can be used in a drill-like repetition as a good cardio workout, but also as a warm-up. These movement sequences contain basic elements and basic movements, which can be optimally practiced and improved.
