Roll & Rebound 08
The 8-week-training "Roll&Rebound" contains of 8 courses with a duration of 60 minutes of each course. Each course has a warmup part, a main part and an end. Also each course has a specific topic. The courses build up upon each other and therefore it is advised to keep the order. Exercises will be repeated within courses so that the participants can learn them and practice them also at home by themselves.
The topic of the last lesson is everyday life. It is worth asking the participants what their everyday life looks like in order to adjust the exercises to it. We concentrate here on everyday office life. Exercises have been selected that can be done in the office or at home. Exercises involving chairs can be performed in the studio with large pezziballs. Executions at the (office) table can be demonstrated and practiced at a high step. Thus the participants are optimally equipped with exercises which they can integrate into their everyday life.
